Position Highlights:

• Sign-On Bonus: $10,000
• Schedule: 12-hour rotating shifts (two 7p-7a and one 11a-11p)
• Location: Smithville, TX

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care according to established policies and protocols
• Implement and monitor patient care plans
• Record and communicate patient conditions as necessary
• Coordinate care across multiple disciplines for seamless patient care
• Carry out physician and nursing orders
• Assist with patient discharge planning

Requirements:

• Licensure/Certification/Registration:
  • Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing (required)
  • Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • BLS Provider within 1 month of hire (American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred
• Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or required professional licensure at the time of hire
