Job Summary:

As an RN House Supervisor at Avera, you will provide supervision, direction, and coordination of clinical staff and activities in the absence of the director(s). You will perform nursing duties, including patient care in acute care units and the Emergency Department as needed, but without an assigned patient workload.

Experience & Licensure/Certification:

  • Licensed Registered Nurse in South Dakota. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), ACLS, PALS, and NRP certification required within six months of employment. TNCC certification optional.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of nursing experience in acute care, Emergency Department, home health, hospice, community health, oncology, and/or long-term care preferred.

Work Schedule:

  • 7:00 pm - 7:00 am; PRN, as needed.
