Job Summary:
As a Registered Nurse at Avera, you will:

• Develop and enhance telemedicine applications.
• Coordinate telemedicine sessions with physicians and office staff.
• Utilize nursing assessment skills for complex patient care.
• Handle documentation and data collection using computer skills.
• Communicate effectively with the care team and family members.
• Act as a strong patient advocate and address billing concerns related to telemedicine.

Education and Experience:

• Prior experience with telemedicine and videoconferencing equipment is desirable.

Licensure/Certification/Registration:

• Current Registered Nurse license in South Dakota.

Work Schedule:

• Day shifts, 72 hours every two weeks.
• No weekends, holidays, or call time required.
