Responsibilities:

We are looking for Emergency Department (ED) RNs to join our growing team! When you join our recently expanded ED, you will be part of a dynamic team that serves over 300 patients per day. The role of the clinical nurse is to deliver patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient needs with the highest professional standards while promoting nursing excellence through continued education and research. You will deliver patient care in the Central Valley's only Level I Trauma Center, learning to care for patients of all ages with medical concerns and injuries ranging from the common cold to heart attacks, strokes, broken bones, and major trauma. All of our ED physicians are part of the UCSF Fresno Emergency Medical Service, emphasizing education and teaching. Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited registered nursing program.
• Current CA RN license posted on the BRN.
• At least 1+ years of Acute Care RN experience.
• Current RN license for the state of California and BLS certification.
• Adult Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into the job.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 6 months of hire or transfer into the job.
