Location: All positions are based in Fresno/Clovis, CA.

Incentives: Up to $25K in bonus incentives (sign-on and relocation).

Responsibilities:

In your role, you will:

  • Initiate and update the patient plan of care using a role-based decision-making process, considering patient stability and incorporating data collection, patient assessment, implementation, evaluation, patient/family teaching, and care coordination.
  • Mentor and precept others to help them succeed, utilizing evidence-based practice to guide clinical practice.
  • Involve the patient, family, significant other, and other healthcare providers in validating the data. Determine nursing diagnoses based on patient clinical data and information obtained during patient admission history.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the patient's care plan in an ongoing, systematic, and criterion-based process, including patient responses and the attainment of expected outcomes.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Graduate of an approved nursing program required.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.

Experience:

  • Demonstration of novice to advanced beginner clinical nursing practice proficiency required.

Licenses and Certifications:

  • Current State of California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in NICU, PICU, ICU, or APHR required.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers by the American Heart Association (AHA) required.
