Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to inpatients requiring hemodialysis.
• Conduct patient assessments, develop personalized care plans, and supervise treatments.
• Build meaningful relationships with patients by addressing their physical, mental, and emotional needs.
• Educate nursing staff on hemodialysis care, equipment, and standards.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure as required by state regulations.
• CPR certification.
• ACLS certification (within 1 year of hire).
• CRRN certification preferred (we offer support to obtain this certification if needed).
• Minimum of 6 months of dialysis nursing experience required.
• Preferred: 1 year of experience in an inpatient hospital setting.
