Your Role:

As a REGISTERED NURSE INPATIENT REHABILITATION, you will:

• Supervise and provide direct patient care, conducting thorough assessments and creating personalized care plans.
• Employ empathy and active listening to understand each patient's unique needs.
• Witness and support patient progress over stays typically lasting two to four weeks, fostering rewarding relationships.
• Empower patients to regain control of their lives and return to their communities, families, and friends.

Qualifications:

• Current RN licensure in accordance with state regulations.
• CPR certification required (ACLS preferred).
• CRRN certification preferred.
• One or more years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting is preferred.
