Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Resident Centered Care
Location: Hillsboro Medical Center, 12 3rd St SE, Hillsboro, ND 58045
Schedule: Full-time, 32 hours per week, Evening Shifts
Salary: $32.50 - $48.00 per hour

Position Overview:
As a Resident Centered Care RN at Hillsboro Medical Center, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal care.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families.
• Act as a charge nurse when required, delegating tasks appropriately.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (CCNE, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred).
• Holds or is eligible for an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
