Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour day shifts
Salary Range: $32.00 - $48.00 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and hardworking Registered Nurse to join our team at New Town Dialysis. This full-time role involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What You Will Do:

• Plan and coordinate patient care, including assessment, education, and triage.
• Collaborate with physicians and colleagues to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Provide empathetic care throughout all stages of health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred); BSN preferred.
• Holds an unencumbered RN license in North Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, time management, and critical thinking skills.
