Location: Luverne Medical Center, 1600 N Kniss Ave, Luverne, MN 56156
Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, Rotating Shifts
Salary: $33.50 - $48.00 per hour

Position Overview:
As a New Graduate RN at Luverne Medical Center, you will have the unique opportunity to explore various medical units to find your best fit. This position offers structured guidance through our acclaimed Nurse Residency Program and access to multiple specialties.

What You Will Do:

• Engage in patient care in selected departments like General Medicine, ER, Surgical Services, and more.
• Work closely with experienced mentors and a supportive team to learn and grow in your chosen specialty.
• Participate in our personalized cross-training opportunities to broaden your nursing skills.

Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate from an accredited nursing program. BSN preferred.
• Holds or will obtain an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
