Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Emergency Department

Schedule: Full-time, 36 hours per week, 12-hour shifts (Day/Night Rotation)
Salary: $33.50 - $48.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

• Plan and coordinate comprehensive patient care, including assessment, triage, education, and various nursing interventions.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to implement and evaluate patient care plans.
• Deliver empathetic care throughout all stages of diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring patient and family satisfaction.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a nursing degree from an accredited program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred).
• Possesses an unencumbered RN license in South Dakota or a Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) state.
• Demonstrates excellent communication, critical thinking, and time management skills.
