Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Dialysis Float
Location: Thief River Falls Downtown Campus, 120 Labree Ave S, Thief River Falls, MN 56701
Schedule: Full-time, 30 hours per week, Varied Shifts
Salary: $19.50 - $44.50 per hour

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable Registered Nurse to join our float team, working between the Thief River Falls and Red Lake Dialysis units. This role includes mileage compensation for travel and a wage incentive, plus a sign-on bonus for eligible candidates.

What You Will Do:

• Provide top-tier patient care across multiple dialysis units, adapting to each setting as needed.
• Coordinate patient care activities including assessments, education, and triage.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, ensuring high standards across all stages of diagnosis and treatment.

Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a nursing degree from an accredited program (AACN, ACEN, NLN CNEA preferred); Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license in Minnesota or a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Demonstrates strong communication skills, detail orientation, and the ability to manage time effectively.
